EPRmatrix does not act as your authorised representative and does not sign EPR mandates. Any mandate is between you and the provider you choose.

What the pages claim

Profiles are compiled from recorded sources. Some provider statements are marked as claimed by the provider rather than checked against a registry. Missing data is left out or marked not yet verified. A page is not promised to be complete or current.

Your use of the site

You may read the public pages and link to them. Do not use the site in a way that degrades it for other people, and do not send false information through the quote or claim forms.
